I would like to welcome you to our Provost Public School Website. Our school is part of Buffalo Trail Public Schools No. 28 in eastern Alberta. We are located approximately 20 kilometers from the Saskatchewan Border and about 2.5 hours drive from Edmonton. This beautiful K-12 school was renovated about seven years ago and is a modern education facility. We boast having one of the most technologically advanced schools in the province and offer a 21st century education to all our students.
Our Grade 1-12 classrooms are all equipped with SMART Board interactive whiteboards that give our teachers and students access to educational internet sites around the world. Our junior and senior high students have two sets of wireless laptop computers to use in their classrooms for writing and research work. Our school is also equipped with a Videoconferencing suite to receive and offer high school courses with other Buffalo Trail schools. An elementary and secondary computer lab boasts state of the art Ncomputing systems.
Our standards of education emphasize excellence in academics and an atmosphere that is both caring and safe. Positive relationships are very important as we strive to be the very best we can be.
